Body piercing has always been an intensely personal issue, with some choosing to adorn specific parts of their bodies with subtle rings or studs, and others going all out and covering themselves with piercings in every spot imaginable – and a few you wouldn‘t have imagined. It’s such a personal choice that it’s difficult to judge someone on whether their piercings look good, or whether they’ve overdone it. But there are definitely some stars whose body jewelry make them look edgier and more attractive. Meanwhile, there will always be others who take their commitment to body piercings a little too seriously and go overboard with the rings, barbells, and studs.
So who’s sexier with studs?
Supermodel Kate Moss has always had the bad girl vibe, but an absolute classic beauty to go with it. Recently she went into a tattoo shop and emerged with a whole line of rings in her ears. We think the look is just gorgeous on Kate, who’s known for pushing the boundaries.
Her personality may be wild and a little bit out there, but Pink’s piercings look the picture of ladylike cool here. Her earrings are subtle diamonds, and the nose hoop is just the right size. Nice. What you don’t see: the tongue ring, tragus piercing, and nipple piercings.
Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie also works the multiple earrings look to the max. She has a cute eyebrow ring too, which gives her prettiness an edgy look.
Scarlet Johansson may be playing the blonde ingenue in many of her movies, but this trend-setting Hollywood lovely likes to express her style through piercings too. She has an unusual piercing on her tragus, and a rare ring through the septum too.
There are less male celebs out there who sport a lot of body jewelry, but a few are known for the sexy pierced look.
Lenny Kravitz is one star who has famously sported studs and hoops. With his double nose piercing, several piercings in both ears, pierced nipples and a rather controversial pubic piercing, he’s the embodiment of bejeweled cool.
Tommy Lee is also known for his rockstar style and body jewelry, with piercings in his ears, eyebrows and nipples.
